Audit D&D invoices before evidence and dispute windows get harder to reconstruct.
Recovery OS compares documented invoice charges with available dates, free-time support, rate or tariff evidence, and container-event records. Findings are evidence-first: a timeline conflict is not monetized unless the documents support it.

Why invoice timing matters
The Federal Maritime Commission states that, apart from the section set aside by the D.C. Circuit in 2025, the remainder of its D&D billing rule remains in effect. The FMC specifically notes requirements for accurate and sufficient invoice information and a 30-day issuance deadline; noncompliance with those provisions can eliminate the billed party’s obligation to pay the applicable charge.
Regulatory eligibility depends on the actual invoice, dates, parties, tariff and applicable law. Recovery OS does not automatically submit a carrier dispute.
Start without a long integration
A first screen can begin after scope confirmation using existing invoice and container-event exports. The public form itself does not accept sensitive shipment documents.
